Shipping Policy

At Afterwear, we know you're eager to begin your recovery. That's why we work hard to process and ship every order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 1–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (delivery times vary by carrier)

Please note that delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Afterwear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately, and we'll do our best to update your order before it ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Your comfort and recovery are important to us. If your purchase isn't the right fit, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Original packaging and tags should be included whenever possible.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn or washed garments

  • Products showing signs of use or damage

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to exchange eligible items, subject to inventory availability.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, contact info@afterwear.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you'd like to return

  • The reason for your return

We'll provide instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Afterwear cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
